EVENT 1: Hustalaa ja Graindaa
EVENT INSTRUCTION
Event 1 is an 18-minute workout that starts with a row and continues with a three (3) movement AMRAP for the remaining time.
The athlete will start the event by sitting on the rowing machine's seat, hands free from the handle. With the command GO, the athlete completes a row of 2000m (men) or 1600m (women).
After this, the remaining time is used to perform an AMRAP starting with a 24m Overhead Walking lunge, then 24 shuttle runs and 24 Toes-to-bars.
The athlete will continue with these movements for the remaining time, until the full 18-minute mark is reached.
The score of Event 1 is the full number of completed repetitions at the 18-minute mark

EVENT 2: Jalalla koreasti
EVENT INSTRUCTIONS
In Event 2A and 2B, the workout consists of a 3-minute section that is performed four times in total.
Each section begins with 20 wall-ball throws, from which the athlete continues to a three-minute time section in which they have to find their maximum load for 3RM in Front Squat. This is repeated four (4) times. So, in total, the athlete has four (4) opportunities to find their maximum load in the movement.
The event is scored in two parts:
2A) The biggest load out of the four (4) sections. (100 points)
2B) The combined load of the four lifts. (100 points)

EVENT 3: Villit skillit
EVENT INSTRUCTIONS
In Event 3, the athlete first has to complete two (2) rounds of the following movements:
12 Box jump overs, 12 Chest to Bar pull-ups and 12 Handstand push-ups.
After the first two rounds (2), the athlete continues to perform two (2) more rounds of the following movements:
12 Box Jump overs, 12 muscle-ups and 6m handstand walks.
The tie break is after 2 rounds
Time Cap is 8 minutes.
